Need a tune up on your electronic controlled gun? Add service fee to your basket. Select the shipping option for shipping the item back to you. Include in the order notes the items (serial numbers if applicable) you are sending in, the number of items, and a description of the problem. Print a copy of your order and send it in with the gun. Once we receive it we will call or email you with a total estimate for labor and parts.
If it requires a part that is currently unavailable from the manufacture we will let you know, and if there are any aftermarket options.

• Pack items in appropriate shipping cartons. Do not use the item's packaging as the shipping box. Most are not secure enough for shipping.
• You must insure your package and ship with a reputable shipping company. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
We do not offer service for markers outside the U.S.
